Headcase events in 2019!

We are so excited to announce the following upcoming events in connection with the publication of Headcase, which is slated for February 1, 2019. You can pre-order a copy directly from the publisher here.

NYC launch event: Tuesday, February 12, 2019, 7 pm, at the LGBT Center in Manhattan. Please join us for a reading and panel presentation with Q&A at the Second Tuesday Lecture Series. Books will be available for sale and signing. Teresa and Stephanie will be present along with anthology contributors Donald Brown, Dr. Christian Huygen, Nikkiesha McLeod, and Calvin Rey Moen. (The LGBT Center suggests a donation of $10 for this event, although all donations are voluntary and any amount is appreciated. All are welcome and no one is ever turned away because they can’t afford to pay.)

NYC publication party and signing: February 21, 2019, 6 pm, at Madame X Lounge in the Village. Cash bar. Happy hour til 9 pm! Books will be available for sale.

San Francisco: Reading and panel presentation with Teresa, Stephanie, and selected contributors at the James C. Hormel LGBTQIA Center of the San Francisco Public Library on Tuesday, March 5, 6 to 7:30 pm. Books will be available for sale. Signing to follow. Free and open to the public.

Los Angeles: Stephanie and Teresa will present a reading, discussion, Q&A, and book signing at Occidental College on Thursday, March 7th at 6:30 pm.

Los Angeles: Reading and panel discussion with Teresa, Stephanie, and contributors Bill Konigsberg and Thomas Mondragon at Skylight Books on Sunday, March 10th at 5 pm. Signing to follow.

Philadelphia: Panel discussion at the College of Physicians of Philadelphia with Stephanie and Teresa along with contributors Donald Brown, Dr. Christian Huygen, and Nikkiesha McLeod. Followed by book signing and reception. Thursday, March 21st, 6 to 8 pm. General admission tickets are $10; purchase yours here.

NYC reading and signing: Thursday, April 18th from 7 to 9 pm at Bluestockings, the Lower East Side’s radical bookstore, cafe, and activist center. Teresa and Stephanie, along with selected local contributors, will present a reading followed by signing.
